How is the job priced?
Pricing depends on the actual volume, material type, weight, labor, disassembly, stairs, carrying distance, and disposal requirements. A photo can help with planning, but the visible load and access control the final scope.
What should I set aside?
Keep keys, medication, financial records, personal photographs, jewelry, keepsakes, and anything undecided out of the removal zone.
What is normally excluded?
Hazardous chemicals, unknown liquids, fuel, pressurized cylinders, biological waste, asbestos, and unsafe structures need separate review or a qualified provider.
Do you guarantee donation?
No. An item’s condition, current local acceptance rules, and receiving capacity determine whether reuse is possible.
Can I use city bulky collection?
Sometimes. Dallas limits municipal bulky collection by property type, timing, volume, placement, and material. Check the current city rules for your address.
